1. WHATS UP?
MD - Nothing much man, just enjoying this Tuesday night, still working.
2. OK WELL LET’S GET RIGHT IN TO THE INTERVIEW NOW. SO HOW DID YOU GET INTO WORKING WITH JORDAN TOWER?
MD - I knew Jordan before I started working with him. After being friends for so long we decided that i was going to manage him because he didn’t have one at the time. I have been working with him for almost a year and a half. Before managing him I used to manage a few artist but Jordan is the only music video director that I am managing right now.
6. I HEARD YOU HAVE A NEW SHOW, “CHILLIN WITH MAHAD” WHAT IS THAT ALL ABOUT?
MD - Yes, I have a show called "Chillin With Mahad" Its basically about my lifestyle with all the cars girls houses etc. and how im 22 and I’m managing one of the biggest music video directors and working with major artist, celebrities, actors, athletes and stuff like that. theres more to it you just have to wait and see for yourself. We are going to take it to another level. We have been shooting a lot of stuff. I even have a couple episodes you can watch as of now. Google it. It is going to be on a TV network on 2011, that’s the new direction me and Jordan are going aside of music videos. I think it’s going to be a good look because my show is very interesting. There’s a couple networks my lawyer is in contact with but I cant dispose anything yet until everything is solid but it will be on a major network, something that everybody knows.
7. SO WHAT IS IT LIKE WORKING WITH JORDAN TOWER? I KNOW IT HAS TO BE REAL TIME CONSUMING SINCE HE HAS VIDEO WORK FOR PEOPLE ALL OVER THE PLACE!
MD - It’s actually pretty cool I mean I’m still young I’m only 22, so its cool to experience this side of the industry. Especially working with Jordan he's a well respected director in the industry. Its always something new, working in a different state all the time and working with different people so I mean at the end of the day it has its up and downs like any business but its a lot of fun to be honest. my tv show will show you how it is as well.
8. WHO ARE SOME OF THE BIGGEST ARTIST THAT YOU ALL HAVE WORKED WITH?
MD - We worked with lil Wayne,Young jeezy, yo gotti, we worked with alot of mainstream artists in the game.
9. WHAT OTHER ACTIVITIES DO YOU LIKE TO DO WHEN YOU ARE NOT MANAGING?
MD - I’m into cars, shopping, traveling and things like that. When I’m not traveling for work I’m always traveling over seas but there’s a lot of things i like to do when this industries not taken up all my time.
10. WHO DO YOU LOOK AT AS THE HOTTEST ARTIST OUT RIGHT NOW?
MD - I would say Lil Wayne, I have a hand full of artist but lil Wayne would be the first on my list. Drake, Rick Ross, Jeezy. Nothing is scheduled but I would love to work with lil Wayne in the future. Ya know what even Birdman that’s another guy I really like his music even though its all about flashy things but I think when someone’s at the same level as him or wants to be they understand his music. But to work with any of those guys it would be cool.
12. FOR THE ARTISTS, PRODUCERS, AND PEOPLE OUT THERE, HOW DO WE GET A MANAGER IF WE DON’T HAVE ONE YET?
MD - I mean if its a artist coming up in the industry and there still experimenting and if cant find a well est. manager maybe find a friend that has some what knowledge in that field and partner up like that but that’s something that’s important because your career lies in there hands. make sure everything is legit and be very careful on who you work with.
